Please bear with us while we update the site. We're all still reeling slightly from such an amazing experience this year, so it'll take us a little while to make the website all shiny and new again - but we'll get there!

What is Festinho?

We're on a mission to have fun, make magic and help the street kids of Brazil - one brilliant music festival at a time.

An intimate, friendly festival in a magical setting, Festinho is a delicious cocktail of the best in eclectic music, sunny Brazilian vibes, a laid-back feel and shedloads of wonderful nonsense. All profits go to the ABC Trust, which helps Brazilian children and young people on the streets to transform their lives.

You'll find acts and artists you know and love, and you'll also find the absolute best of fresh new talent from London to Salvador, so whether you like to rave one up or folk one off, get ready for some musical adventures. Last year we also offered brilliant stuff like The Cinema Cottage, bedtime stories, capoeira, pedal-bikes powering wondrous light installations, samba drumming, trolls in the woods, yoga in the morning sunshine, pillow fights, trapeze cabaret acts, massage in the Sanctuary - plus a cosy campfire and some tasty locally-sourced food from the BBQ.

Our site last year was some of the prettiest countryside in the world, with lovely camping fields surrounded by old English oaks, and supplied with plenty of clean toilets and hot showers. Festinho is also family-friendly, with a play area to keep the small people entertained.
